Flemings Mayfair is one of the most iconic boutique hotels in Mayfair. Part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the award-winning hotel offers unrivalled luxury accommodation in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Dating from 1851, and one of the few remaining privately owned hotels in London that has been in the same family for over 40 years. Flemings is also home to highly-acclaimed restaurant Ormer Mayfair overseen by Executive Chef Sofian Msetfi, as well as the intimate Manetta’s Bar that offers an ambiance redolent of the glamorous 1930's.

Across the business – from toiletries to food and beverage – the hotel prioritise products that not only use less packaging, but also avoid plastics and uphold high sustainability standards. Each item is carefully chosen for its recyclable packaging and clear disposal instructions, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s waste management systems. As part of their ongoing ESG efforts, Flemings Mayfair continues to evolve its sourcing strategies to minimise waste and champion more sustainable solutions.

Flemings Mayfair aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 2 – ending hunger, achieving food security, and promoting sustainable agriculture. With a strong focus on produce, the hotel boasts its own kitchen garden, providing seasonal ingredients. They are also committed to minimising food waste, partnering with Charity Begins at Home, a charity that provides warm meals to those in need. Each week, Flemings donates over 60 meals, prepared in their restaurant and distributed across London. To date, they have donated more than 12,000 meals.
